Charming hotel with fast wi-fi, the location is magnificent away from the high-end Recoleta neighborhood. Location just off subway as well as the shopping area and the bar area. For tea or coffee visit Heladeria Chungo nearby.

Great location, superb staff, felt very safe there. nice neighborhood, yet close to the action of plaza italia environs. like that i can make a cup of coffee in the room in the mornings. grocery store nearby --excellent.

The check-in inventory process is absurd!!! Missing kitchen items like pots and pans made the kitchenette useless for cooking!!! A visit from the manager would have been appreciated for resolving discrepancies!!!

The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice.
The breakfast had the same food all the 7 days. There should be more options which should vary daily. Not the same food everyday.

The balcony view was such a lovely surprise! The room was spacious and clean, just perfect for a city stay. One downside was the breakfast variety, which could definitely improve 😅

It is a little far (10-12 blocks) from shopping and cafes in Palermo Soho.

I had a wonderful stay! My Superior King Apartment was spacious, always clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was a good surprise, allowing me to prepare snacks, and I enjoyed a lovely view of the courtyard from the balcony.
Breakfast options were limited.

Our suite had a nice view and we were able to use the balcony. It was comfortable and home-like. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was a meal to look forward to. The patio was beautiful and if it had been warmer, we would have used it more often.
